For more than 32 years, IDG owner, Kathleen Avino, has amassed a top-notch team of professionals and spent years working in the trenches alongside tradespeople. “Glass artisans, upholsterers, woodworkers — I got dirty and learned everything I possibly could,” Avino says.
In addition to having a comprehensive team of service providers at the ready, IDG implements in-house specialized services including custom furniture design and a full-service upholstery workshop with 17 lines of fabric. If the shop doesn’t have what a client wants, Avino will find it.
Fine design on time
Avino holds her contractors to a rigorous vetting process. Each tradesperson must carry an exceptional skill level, be readily available for projects, adhere to a schedule and embrace regular communication with Avino. It’s a demanding set of criteria, which has led to a tight group of workers who have been together for years.
