What started as a floor installation company eventually expanded to include a retail store specializing in overstock flooring. Expertise in installations, product, and value led to establishing a high-end retail store and showroom, much to the delight of customers. Located in Webster, this space focuses on hardwood, luxury vinyl, and engineered hardwood floors, along with different finishes and oils.

Even though there are a range of price points and products, customers know the showroom consists of quality selections. Once a product is selected, JS Excel Flooring performs the installation itself and backs that work with a lifetime guarantee. 

Samperi explains, “Many stores use a third party for the installation. Not us. We handle everything from beginning to end.” 

Keeping the installation process in house means projects are completed in a smooth, continuous block of time. Customers are never stuck with days of inactivity with unsightly messes. 

“We want a customer to be nothing but happy. That’s our philosophy,” Samperi says.
