Family-Owned Kitchen and Bath Renovation Business Opens Expansive Showroom Focused on Individualized Service
Ten years ago, brothers Danil (Dan) Tsygyrlash and Vadim Tsygyrlash opened TBrothers Renovations with a simple goal: raise the standard for residential remodeling in Western New York.
Built on craftsmanship, transparency, and accountability, the company has grown into a team of more than 20 professionals completing everything from kitchen and bathroom remodels to full-home renovations and additions.
homeowners felt overwhelmed by design decisions or how all the pieces fit together. That gap became clear as Dan’s wife, Leleya Tsygyrlash, an interior designer, began working closely with clients — helping them navigate cabinetry, finishes, tile, and layouts with clarity and confidence.
That experience led to the creation of Signature Design Studio, a complementary business designed to strengthen the front end of the renovation process. Launched in late 2025, the studio offers individualized, thorough design services for homeowners and contractors planning kitchens, bathrooms, and auxiliary spaces such as pantries, closets, and laundry rooms.
In January, the team opened a 2,000-square-foot showroom on Campbell Boulevard in North Tonawanda. The space was intentionally designed to feel both inspiring and approachable. It allows homeowners, designers, and contractors to see, touch, and compare cabinetry, countertops, backsplashes, hardware, tile, wallpaper, flooring, and lighting in one focused environment.
Leleya, who serves as senior designer, works alongside her design assistant to translate broad ideas into clear, cohesive plans.
“We guide people through all the choices and help them understand how the many elements of a renovation work together — from cabinetry and lighting to hardware and finishes,” Dan says. “We’re not just selling major components and leaving people to figure out the rest.”
The showroom features products from trusted vendors including Fabuwood and Legacy Crafted Cabinets cabinetry, MSI and Cosentino countertops, Edward Martin tile, Provenza Floors flooring, and lighting from Visual Comfort & Co. and Hinkley. Signature Design Studio also offers a Trades Program, allowing professional designers and contractors to bring their own clients into the showroom to simplify selections.
Homeowners may complete their renovation with TBrothers Renovations or work with another contractor with Signature Design Studio coordinating selections to ensure a smooth transition from design to construction.
“When people don’t understand how many decisions are involved, projects can quickly become rushed or stressful,” Leleya explains. “Our front-end checklist and preconstruction planning help eliminate that pressure.”
At the heart of both businesses is a shared belief that renovating a home is about more than finishes. “You’re being invited into someone’s personal space, and that trust matters,” says Dan. “Whether it’s a $20,000 project or a $300,000 one, the level of care stays the same.”
That attention to both detail and experience continues to define Signature Design Studio — and the standard it sets for thoughtful, well-executed renovation in Western New York.
